A CovaTech® Pilates® Teacher dedicated solely to you.
Our private classes allow you to have a personalized guidance dedicated exclusively to your work-out.
Your CovaTech® Pilates® Teacher will guide you throughout an individual program of exceptional quality, adjustable to any level of preparation: base, intermediate, advanced and super-advanced.
Course Description
Classes are built, time after time, as a various and stimulating course which allows you to exercise any muscles’ group in static and dynamic. You will be able to practice Pilates technique on mat, big apparatus and with small props, acquiring, shortly, more and more flexibility and strength, toning up your muscles in harmony, with an intense and gratifying work-out.
CovaTech® Pilates® Method, in fact, is made by several hundreds of exercises and teaching variants and our Teachers are trained to create, each time, made to measure classes. That ensures you the maximum efficacy and an ever-changing workout, rich in stimulus.
Shortly, with a constant practice and following the lead of your CovaTech® Pilates® Teacher you will experience directly the several benefits of CovaTech® method and, as millions of people in the world, you cannot do without Pilates any longer.
Timetable
Every CovaTech® Pilates® private class is held by appointment with the following timetable:
- Monday from 1.30 pm to 8.30 pm,
- Tuesday from 8.30 am to 8.30 pm,
- Wednesday from 8.30 am to 7.30 pm,
- Thursday from 8.30 am to 8.30 pm,
- Friday from 8.30 am to 2.30 pm.
The ideal weekly frequency will be agreed between the Teacher and the Client.
Duration and costs.
Each Private Class has a duration of 55 minutes and costs € 65,00 included taxes.
If case of advanced purchase of more than one lesson, we offer to our Clients perky discounted packages as follows:
- 5 lessons’ package at a total cost of € 305,00 included taxes.
- 10 classes’ package at a total cost of € 600,00 included taxes.
